However, in rare cases, certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. If your location falls under such a category, we will notify you and initiate a full refund (if applicable).
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed within 1β2 business days after order confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our logistics partner for shipping
Please note that high order volumes, sales, or festive seasons may cause slight delays in processing.
3. SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
- Estimated delivery time: 3β10 business days from the date of dispatch
Delivery timelines may vary based on:

6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) SHIPPING
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

- We reserve the right to cancel COD orders that are not confirmed or appear suspicious
- Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
Repeated order rejections may result in COD restrictions for future purchases.

- If the customer is unavailable, the courier may reschedule delivery
- If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us

- If accepted, record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue

11. PARTIAL DELIVERIES

There is no additional shipping cost for split deliveries unless specified.

13. UNDELIVERED / RETURNED ORDERS
